楼主辛苦了，我家c反应蛋白一直高位27左右（0-8），医生认为正常现象。希望这个周日复查能降下来。

这个月我也查了，正常

4月23日，我家人也查了c反应蛋白，正常。

C反应蛋白是炎症反应的一种非特异性蛋白标记物，但在减瘤性肾切除术后升高，通常是预后不良标志，对一组局限性肾癌患者进行研究发现，C蛋白反应升高是影响疾病预后不良的独立因素，并且使复发和无瘤生存的风险性高出1倍。

$ X6 a/ c7 m; @1 h癌晚期往往伴随的炎症，很多医生对晚期患者C反应蛋白居高不下视而不见，他们认为这是肿瘤进展，C反应蛋白高与不高没有任何关系，所以很少有医生主动为晚期病人抗感染治疗，他们的建议一般就是“肿瘤进展，必须化疗..........或采取其他治疗”。
, ~& I; a* s, P& ^# T3 u2 D" W相对感染来说，癌可以成是一种慢性病，不做任何治疗，生存期至少有几个月，甚至半年、一年，可是一旦严重感染，这个生存期要短很多。
同样，肿瘤和感染会相互促进的，肿瘤进展伴随着感染，感染同时也会影响靶向药有效性，但是，感染可以通过强力的抗生素治愈，可是肿瘤不能。

A C-reactive protein (CRP) test is done to:

• Check for infection after surgery. CRP levels normally rise within 2 to 6 hours of surgery and then go down by the third day after surgery. If CRP levels stay elevated 3 days after surgery, an infection may be present.
• Identify and keep track of infections and diseases that cause inflammation, such as:

  Diseases of the immune system, such as lupus.

  Painful swelling of the tissues that line the joints (rheumatoid arthritis).
  Swelling and bleeding of the intestines (inflammatory bowel disease).

C-反应蛋白（CRP ）检测是为了：

• 检查手术后的感染。 C-反应蛋白水平通常在手术后的2～6小时内上升，并最迟在手术后的第三天下降。如果C-反应蛋白在手术后3天仍然升高，就有可能存在一种感染。
• 识别和跟踪感染和疾病引起的炎症，如：
  淋巴结癌（淋巴瘤）。
  免疫系统疾病，如狼疮。
  3 P1 i8 @$ t; ^0 h头部和颈部的血管痛胀（巨细胞动脉炎）。
  关节组织痛胀（类风湿性关节炎）。
  * k" i- a4 o& Y4 Z肠道肿胀和出血（炎症性肠疾病）。
  % v) K7 h% i! c  ^+ ^骨感染（骨髓炎）。

所以对身体内部带有癌症的人来讲，C-反应蛋白的升高是否一定说明有感染，我搞不清楚。看了几个关于C-反应蛋白升高原因的说明，不是特别的一致。
